We hired Mylene as Senior Product Designer for Good Steps 18 months ago and her impact on the company has been stellar. Mylene is one of the most talented individuals I have ever got to work with. She has the perfect blend of skills between 1/ creativity in everything she designs 2/ adaptability to work on different tasks (product, UX research, UI design, etc.) and 3/ an outrageous execution speed and efficiency. The best way to work with Mylene is to present her with a problem to solve, give her space and iterate fast! She is worth every penny and we would hire her full-time any day if only she would let us :)
