Share your passion and get paid
with ibbü

ibbü empowers passionate people to share advice on the products and services you love to use, and get paid for each conversation.

ibbü is a dedicated platform made by iAdvize, to pair experts with brands and their customers, to create the most insightful conversations.

Overview

While working at iAdvize, I had the privilege to lead the ibbü design (features & branding).

From 2016 to 2019.

Building ibbü

First steps

ibbü first steps were at the beginning of 2016. We built a POC rather quickly to define if the concept would work (it did!) The concept was simple: we had to build a platform for experts to share advice with our clients' customers, give them the possibility to follow their earnings and satisfaction scores while communicating with other experts. At the time, we didn't focus on the branding and chose to stick with the one we had for iAdvize, a B2B brand.

New brand

In 2018, we decided it was time to give ibbü an image of its own, more adapted to our users. We wanted something more creative, bold and human. ibbü is about talented people who love to share their passion with the world, and our brand had to embody that. So after a lot of creative work with the marketing team, we decided to share massive branding tests with Usabilityhub. With all the results we had, we were able to iterate and design a new fresh brand.

Mobile app & Web

ibbü product is available for experts on iOS, Android, and web version (fully responsive). We worked really hard to create a great experience on all these devices.

User-testing

I loved developing ibbü because experts were so easy to reach out for tests or workshops, contrary to B2B users who are generally more complicated to approach. We had the opportunity to welcome experts in our offices for product workshops, define our roadmap, or get feedback on coming features. They were also thrilled to be heard regularly.
